What does the future look like for women leaders in a post-pandemic world? What hurdles do they face, and what should organizations consider to position women leaders for success? In this inaugural Future is Female event, CEO of The Boston Globe Linda Henry moderates two forward-looking panel discussions exploring the future of female leadership and opportunities for changing the systems that have traditionally contributed to the impacts on the retention and advancement of women.
Janet Foutty, US Board Chair for Deloitte, sets the stage by offering remarks identifying where we are at this point in time. The first panel, The Opportunity of the Female Future, examines future female leaders, what experience, skills and leadership attributes are important for leaders, and why it is a business imperative to empower them for the future. The second panel, The Tactical: Steps to Change the System and Realize the Opportunity, focuses on concrete actions organizations can take today to help empower women going forward and share recent success stories from leading companies.
